Remote

RTUV provides a totally secure solution to both monitoring
and control of service. In software the valve or switch can control
service by time and/or consumption. This enables
complete software control from a remote location of:
Any
tampering with the wire connecting the meter [Including magnetic
interference] will result in closure of the valve or switch and flag a tampering alert in
the software at the control center |

Repeater Unit

units, requiring external power, can be installed to manage the two-way RF communications
between as many as 1000 RTU and the BSU.
With 1.5 km NLOS range and +10 km LOS
range these units have the ability to inexpensively extend the rage
of the fixed LAN deployment |
 Repeater
units can be supplied with integral solar power and rechargeable battery
pack for installations without available external power supply.
The Units are designed for easy & simple
mounting on wall or pole with the solar panel specifically set to meet
the optimal conditions of the specific installation location. |
Base Station
Unit [BSU] - Fixed Point

The BSU
manages a LAN of as many as 10 Repeater Units [RPU] and an almost
unlimited number of RTU transceivers and provides a fixed point WAN
communications gateway with a utilities remotely located administrative,
management & control center.
MTR Wireless
Communication technological edge rests with the systems Base Station
Units [BSUs] ability to manage two-way wireless communications
between a Local Area Network [LAN] of thousands of Remote Terminal
Units [RTUs] and a Utilities Administrative, management and control,
center. |

The consumer now has
access real time data drawn directly from their meter. The consumer no
longer has to visit their meter to take a reading and then make
